Baby&Life is designed to work completely offline and keep every piece of data under your full control.

We collect and store only the information you choose to enter about your baby, such as:

• Daily activities (meals, play time, sleep, potty, etc.)
• Notes, enjoyment ratings, meal types, durations, and any custom text
• Dates and times of your entries

All of this data stays exclusively on your device — it is never sent to any server, never uploaded, and never shared with anyone.

2. No Personal Identifiers

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your location
• Photos (unless you add them manually in future versions)
• Any other personally identifiable information

There is no account creation, no login, and no tracking of any kind.

3. Technical & Analytics Data

We may receive very limited, fully anonymous technical information through Apple's standard App Analytics, such as:

• Crash reports
• Basic usage statistics (e.g., which features are used most)

This data never includes any personal details, baby information, or content from your logs.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only to:

• Show your baby's daily logs, charts, and summaries inside the app
• Allow you to edit, review, or delete entries
• Create simple visualizations (averages, progress over time)

That's it. We do not sell data. We do not share data. We do not use it for advertising or any other purpose.

5. Data Storage & Security

• All your data is stored locally on your iOS device only.
• We rely on Apple's strong built-in encryption and data protection features.
• If you delete the app or erase its data, all your baby's logs are permanently removed from the device.

6. Your Rights & Control

You have complete control at all times:

• Edit or delete any entry whenever you want
• Remove all data instantly by deleting the app
• No external account = nothing to delete elsewhere

7. Children Under 13

Baby&Life is not directed to children under 13. The app is designed exclusively for parents and guardians.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If any significant change occurs, we will show a notice inside the app.

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Baby&Life is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which applies to all applications obtained through the Apple App Store.

Important Summary:

• License Grant: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Baby&Life on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
• Restrictions: You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• No Warranty: The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Subscriptions: Any auto-renewable subscriptions are subject to Apple's payment and cancellation terms. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings.
• Termination: Your license terminates if you fail to comply with these terms or delete the app.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.
